The hotel was very clean and convenient and the staff was very kind and helpful. They even let me check in 6 hours early due to my meeting schedule changed against a fraction cost of the room fee. I just used the room and apart from that the fitness room which was quite nice with convenient machines and towels. It just missed a waterdispenser. The room with sea view and balcony is highly recommended. It isn't huge, but it is layed out well and also had a nice desk to work at so definitely a plus you're in Busan for business. Also there is a 24-hour convenience store and two nice cafes (especially Neruda) right next to the hotel at ground level.

The location and the room were absolutely fantastic. You have to travel a bit more for all the sightseeing, but the beach was at least for us almost empty all the time and it was really calm. There is also a convenience store right at the bottom of the building! We took the junior suite and definitely did not regret. The room was spacious, it had a massage tub (which we used heavily after all the walking we did!). One day we woke up early and saw dolphins swimming in the sea just in front of the hotel. What a view! We also appreciated the work of the staff, the cleaning ladies were thorough and everyone was very helpful. Late checkout was not a problem for a tiny fee.

spacious room, perfect beach view, everything was clean and the staff was speaking english. convenience store and starbucks right by the entrance and lot of great restaurants in close proximity. the area of the songdo beach is really calm and quiet

Oceanview is splendid, it was everything we hoped for and more. Nice peaceful beach, that doesn't get too noisy in the evening while still being relatively lively. Good breakfasts and nice room overall. There is a convenience store in the same building as well as Starbucks. There are a lot of good food options around.

The location was easy to find (though not for local taxis - who play the normal taxi con on visitors). The lovely Songdo sandy beach was just across the road. There were lots of eating and drinking possibilities and with a little effort it's easy to travel around by local bus (Google Maps).

Location was great! It is right on the Songdo beach. The views were phenomenal! I chose this area knowing it is a quieter beach compared to the other Busan beaches. Lots of cafes and good options right on the block. Great for families, couples or solo travelers. Rooms were clean. Convenience store, cafe and restaurant in the building were super nice to have!

The staff were friendly and the lobby is nice. The views of the ocean are unbeatable. The bathroom was pretty. The location is obviously perfect if you want to go to Songdo beach, it’s right outside.

It’s a gem! It’s not located in the crowded beachfront areas like Gwangalli or Haeundae. And so we could walk, take photos of our beautiful view and enjoy the area with ease! It felt more local. There’s the Songdo Beach bus station nearby, a supermarket, a coffee shop just downstairs and more around the corner.

The room was really above my expectation and I had a clear view of the beach, which made the stay extra special and, definitely, surprise to receive a Christmas gift from the hotel before we checked out . And they had the most friendliest staff ever. Well done, Grab the Ocean . Your staff deserve the loudest clap 👏

The location is the best, closed to Songdo beach. Many yummy seafood restaurant. Downstair having convenient store and Starbuck.
